Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Fewture9Nine collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to fewture9nine.com, including the Pre-Event Leads pages, and to the Fewture9Nine Pre-Event Portal at portal.fewture9nine.com.
1. Who we are
Fewture9Nine ("we", "us") is a remote B2B outbound and lead generation agency. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy, except where we process data on behalf of a client, as explained in section 5.
For any privacy question or request, email privacy@fewture9nine.com.
2. Data we collect from you
We only collect what you give us through our forms, plus basic, anonymous site statistics.

Networking app login details you share in the Portal are encrypted at rest, are never visible to other clients, and are deleted automatically once your event is delivered or cancelled.
3. Our legal bases
- Contract: to process orders and deliver the service you've bought.
- Legitimate interests: to respond to enquiries, follow up on sample list requests, run and secure our website, and source business contacts for our clients (see section 5).
- Legal obligation: to keep invoices and accounting records.
4. Who we share data with
We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers we use to run our business, each bound by their own data protection terms. These include providers for:
- Website hosting and anonymous page analytics
- Secure data storage and databases
- Internal team communication
- Sending emails
- Scheduling calls
- Payment processing
If you'd like the names of the specific providers we use, email privacy@fewture9nine.com and we'll share them.
We may also disclose data if required by law, or to protect our rights in a dispute.
5. Business contact data we source for clients
Our core service is building lists of business contacts who are relevant to our clients, for example people attending an industry event. To do this we collect professional information such as name, job title, company, work email, country and LinkedIn profile from sources including public event attendee, sponsor and exhibitor listings, event networking apps our clients give us access to, company websites, and professional data providers.
We process this data on our clients' instructions to help them start relevant business conversations. We only collect professional, work-related information and don't collect sensitive personal data.
If you're on a list we built and don't want to be contacted, email privacy@fewture9nine.com. We'll remove you from our records and add you to a suppression list so you're not included again.
6. International transfers
We work with clients and providers in different countries, so your data may be processed outside the country you live in. Where data from the EU, EEA or UK is transferred, we rely on our providers' standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
7. How long we keep data
- Enquiries and sample list requests: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Client and order records: for the length of our relationship, then as long as needed for tax and accounting rules.
- Sourced business contact data: for as long as the client engagement it was collected for needs it, then deleted or anonymised.
- Networking app login details: deleted automatically when the related event is delivered or cancelled.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy
- Correct data that's wrong or incomplete
- Delete your data
- Stop or restrict how we use your data, including objecting to processing based on legitimate interests
- Send your data to another provider in a portable format
To make a request, email privacy@fewture9nine.com. We'll reply within 30 days. If you're in the EU, EEA or UK and aren't satisfied with our response, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our page analytics doesn't use cookies to identify you. Our pages store a small flag in your browser so a pop-up isn't shown to you twice, and the Pre-Event Portal uses essential cookies to keep you signed in.
10. How we protect data
Data is stored with providers that use encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the people who need it, and Pre-Event Portal clients can only ever see their own company's data.
11. Changes to this policy
We'll update this page if how we handle data changes, and change the "last updated" date at the top. For significant changes affecting clients, we'll also let you know directly.
